Warranty Policy


All products sold by Smart Indoor Farming Systems are designed for legal indoor gardening and research use only.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products.

This warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects

  • hardware malfunction under normal indoor use

2. Warranty Period

Warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for:

  • 12 months

3. What’s NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

  • water damage due to improper installation or leaks caused by incorrect setup

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • incorrect voltage, power surges, or incompatible electrical setup

  • consumable items (nutrients, filters, tubing, calibration solutions)

  • damage from improper maintenance or cleaning

  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

4. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please provide:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • photos/videos showing the problem (if applicable)

We may offer:

  • troubleshooting support

  • replacement parts

  • replacement product (if necessary)

  • partial refund (case-by-case)

5. Replacement & Shipping

If a replacement is approved:

  • we will ship replacement parts or a replacement unit

  • shipping method will be determined based on availability and location
