1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products.
This warranty covers:

2. Warranty Period
Warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for:

3. What’s NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear

damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

water damage due to improper installation or leaks caused by incorrect setup

unauthorized modifications or repairs
-
incorrect voltage, power surges, or incompatible electrical setup
-
consumable items (nutrients, filters, tubing, calibration solutions)
-
damage from improper maintenance or cleaning
-
cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
4. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, please provide:

photos/videos showing the problem (if applicable)
We may offer:

replacement parts

5. Replacement & Shipping
