1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (CA)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions where delivery is not available.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

During peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time (Estimated)

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or remote area delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Destination address

  • Shipping method selected

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For Canadian orders, international shipments may be subject to:

  • taxes (GST/HST/PST)

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • tracking number (if available)

  • carrier information

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • order number

  • photos of the box and item(s)

  • shipping label photo

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the package.
