Refund Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please contact our support team—we’re happy to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • in original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and parts)

  • with proof of purchase (order number)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene/safety or consumable nature:

  • opened or used nutrients / liquids

  • pH solutions, calibration solutions (opened)

  • filters, tubing, or replacement parts that have been installed or used

  • customized or special-order items

  • clearance/final sale items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), we will cover return shipping when applicable.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds are processed within:

  • 3–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
